Learner Web - Piloting Creative Service Delivery

SPCLC was selected in 2008 as a national pilot site for Learner Web, a dynamic web-based learner support system that helps adult learners master basic educational and occupational skills through individualized Learner Plans. This research-based instructional delivery system has great potential to assist many adult learners who do not benefit from more traditional ABE programming.
